Anybody know what kind of sniper rifle that is?

That’s no sniper rifle, probably a C8 judging by the front sight post and barrel. Your man on the right has a big old bergen that could have a Remington 700P in there.

Not a sniper rifle at all. Looks to be an AR-15 style weapon, set up for tactical or CQB. Note the flashlight on the 12 o clock rail.
That’s some sort of M4 variant, not a “sniper rifle” per say. What probably looks like a scope is actually a Surefire flashlight mounted on the side of the foregrip.
It appears to be a run of the mill M-16/M-4 type rifle with a 14.5″ barrel and a bunch of laughable red dot sights, flashlights, and other “tacticool” add ons. If he’s on a roof expecting to hit anything with a rifle that’s essentially designed for close-in urban warfare, he’s deluded. Perhaps the other guy has a Remington bolt action or something, but I don’t see anything.

That’s an M4 with a flashlight attachment. Not sure what variant, possibly A There might be some optics on it, but the M4 isn’t a very good designated marksman rifle to begin with. Max effective range for a point target is something like 500m, and that’s hard. These guys are not snipers, the spotting scope would be lower and there would be a platform that would allow the shooter to go prone. Most likely, they are just there for security and observation. Looks like an assault rifle from the M4 family to me. Not a dedicated sniper rifle. I’m not a big gun nut, though.
Its not a sniper rifle. Its a Colt AR15 HBAR with a CAR retractable stock. .223 cal
